Course Description

Examine the core marketing concepts for small businesses and start-ups and discuss the strategic selection, usage and social media etiquette to market the business and/or brand messaging. Discuss target marketing, value proposition, customer relationships management, e-commerce and marketing communication. Conduct market research and create and deliver a preliminary marketing plan in a real world business case.
