Gain the knowledge you need to work in Long Term Care and Retirement Communities Management!

Due to the aging population and the commitment from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to provide long-term care beds in Ontario, there is an increasing demand for qualified long-term care administrators and general managers.

Led by instructors with industry expertise, this series of courses focuses on developing the skills required to manage long-term care facility operations, including sales and marketing, human resources and labour relations, resident-centered care, nutrition, financial management and more!
