Small businesses continue to show growth in today's economy, providing opportunities for tradespeople who possess a combination of trade and business knowledge. This program will help develop some of the skills necessary to plan and manage a business, emphasizing a core business curriculum focused on the management of a trades business. Learn the basics of finance, marketing, project management and operations as well as legal, ethical and planning considerations.
