Program Description

Prepare for leadership roles in introducing CAD to your workplace. Career opportunities in Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) continue to expand. Using current AutoCAD software, learn to create two dimensional drawings and three dimensional models and customized CAD environments.

Continuing Education students usually complete this program in one to two years. The typical workload is five to ten hours per course, per week.

Courses in this program cost approximately $310 each. Textbooks are extra.

Drafting knowledge is strongly recommended.

If you have no previous computer knowledge or knowledge of Windows, you should take Generic Computer Training (COMPCO001) before taking courses within this program.

Interested in taking a single course? Provided you have the appropriate prerequisites, the courses in this program can be taken individually.
