Program Description

Office Administrators are central to the smooth function of any office or organization, often working as administrative assistants, customer service representatives or receptionists. Office Administrators must be skilled in interpersonal skills and the performance of essential office tasks such as document preparation, record management, customer service, record keeping, and more. This program will help you develop the practical, digital skills that are essential in the working world.

Led by instructors who are industry professionals, courses in this program are offered in a flexible, part-time, online and interactive format that may include face-to-face live video conferencing, allowing you to learn in an engaging environment, without interrupting your current employment.

  • Become skilled in the performance of essential office tasks such as document preparation, filing, and customer service.
  • Acquire a basic understanding of financial concepts.
  • Develop career-enhancing capabilities in microcomputers and current business applications software using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Enhance internet research skills.

This program is also offered through Full Time Studies.

Continuing Education students usually complete this program in two to three years.

Courses in this program cost approximately $400 each. Textbooks are extra.
