Course Description

The statistical portion of the course enables the students to use various types of graphs to present information. Students are introduced to basic measure of central tendencies and dispersions for both sample and populations. Students will learn to use statistics to make business decisions, use time-series to perform short-term forecasting, use consumer price index to find the purchasing power of a dollar and use basic mathematical functions to describe business relationships and build models.
