Course Description

Introduces the wonderful world of decorating with fondant. Use fondant for covering cakes as well as modelling flowers, bows and other adornments to be used on cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Stacking and tiering of cakes will also be covered.

Registered students will receive a materials list closer to the course start date.
