HMNS10101 - Community Awareness and Field Placement Preparation

Course Description

Prepare for real-world, field placement experiences by developing job search materials and interviewing skills. Adopt professional practice behaviours and examine community resources to use in future field placements.

This course follows a lecture-based delivery model. Weekly lectures will be scheduled for Tuesdays from 6:30pm-9:30pm EST and held virtually through Zoom Video Conferencing. All course content including a link to the Zoom lectures can be accessed through MyCanvas starting on the official course start date.

Course fee includes a Health Tracker fee for Pre-placement services related to the submission and tracking of NARs (Non-Academic Requirements).
