Course Description

A first step practical application course focusing on the integration of theory, field-related issues and personal development in conjunction with mandatory completion of 56 hours of CYC field placement preparation experience, providing learners with the opportunity to demonstrate the initial skills required both personally and professionally for becoming a CYC practitioner.

This course follows a synchronous delivery model with live virtual lectures. These online lectures will be scheduled at various points throughout the course, with other weeks dedicated to independent work. Course content will be available on MyCanvas starting from the official course start date, and the lectures can be accessed through MyCanvas as well.
