Course Description

This course integrates theory to practice in assessment, planning, case information formulation and care/intervention plan development. Students will develop these professional skills as the primary child and youth care professional with a young person, within a multi-disciplinary team through a strength-based lens that is progressive in nature and includes deliverables.
