Course Description

Practice skills for the scrub and circulating nurse roles in an operating room environment.

Students must attend all six Saturday lab sessions. Please check Section Notes for course offering information (dates and location).

Students are required to complete HLTH10223 – Preplacement/Clinical Services , not part of the program of study, prior to registering for their labs or to be eligible to attend labs. All requirements must remain valid for the entire duration of the laboratory experience.

To register for this course complete the Student Clinical/Placement/Lab Request Form, as special approval is required.
