Course Description

You will examine concepts related to evidence informed practice. You will explore scientific inquiry within nursing praxis, relevance and use of various research paradigms, and methodologies and ethics in practice and human research scenarios. You will engage in critical appraisal of research evidence and apply principles and concepts of knowledge translation and effective knowledge transfer at individual and systems levels. The passing grade for this course is 65%. 

This course has been funded through the Ontario government's Nursing Program Transformation in Ontario's Colleges initiative.
