Course Description

Theory to Practice 2 is a co-requisite to Early Childhood Education Field Placement 2 (WORK 10131) in which students will be supported throughout their field placement experience. This course will build upon the study of the Pedagogy for the Early Years with focus on the four foundations: Belonging, Well-Being, Engagement, and Expression. Working within a team, building professional connections and developing authentic relationships with children will be studied in this course. The importance of professional development will also be examined.
