Program Description
Today's manufacturing supervisors must demonstrate multifaceted leadership combined with a high level of technical expertise. This micro-credential will prepare you to plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, develop engaged and inclusive teams, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Upon completion of this micro-credential, you will be able to apply strategies for effective communication and problem-solving in order to become a strong and successful leader in manufacturing.
Continuing Education students usually complete this program in eight to twenty months.
Courses in this program cost approximately $400 each.
