Course Description

Applying the role of the CYC professional demonstrate the skills required to design, implement and evaluate therapeutic programs and activities that are consistent with developmental level, identified interests, strengths, needs, culturally relevant norms and therapeutic goals.

This course follows a blended delivery model (a mix of weekly lectures and independent learning). Weeks that include a lecture component will be scheduled for Wednesdays from 6:30pm-9:30pm EST and held virtually through Zoom Video Conferencing. All course content including a link to the Zoom lectures can be accessed through MyCanvas starting on the official course start date.
