Course Description

Explore the concept of psychological abnormality, the assessment methods and the classification of psychological disorders according to the DSM-5. Examine the symptomatology of these mental health issues, relevant theories (i.e., biological, cognitive, behavioural, psychodynamic and interactionist) and treatment options.
