Describe the basic elements of an effective health and safety program including hazard recognition, assessment and control, incident investigation, training and effective communication. Apply knowledge of the elements to develop a comprehensive health and safety program to align with international, provincial or industry-specific standards, write an incident report and design a safety talk.
