Course Description

Introduction to aircraft propulsion systems. Work on aircraft engines including drive shafts and transmission accessories, freewheel units, clutches, gear systems, aircraft gearboxes, reciprocating and turbine engine lubricating systems, and drive train lubricating systems. Analyze the function and characteristics of lubricants including types and classifications of lubricants.
