Course Description

Functioning effectively as a member of a team or department within an organization demands understanding of the conceptual framework and some key behavioural skills. In this course, you will develop a range of individual and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on group problem solving; leadership, power and influence; conflict resolution; group dynamics and intergroup functioning.
