Course Description

Select and evaluate a broad range of community services available to children, adolescents, and their families. Support and advocate for community assets by accessing necessary resources and networks. Develop a knowledge base of cultural diversity, sensitivity and awareness to support inclusiveness and equity in the community.

This course follows a synchronous delivery model (weekly lectures). The weekly lectures will be scheduled for Wednesdays from 6:30pm-9:30pm EST virtually through Zoom Video Conferencing. A link to the Zoom lecture will be provided by the instructor prior to the first class. Course content will be accessed through MyCanvas starting on the official course start date.
