Course Description

Continue to practice skills for the scrub nurse and circulating nurse role in a minimal invasive surgery environment.

Students must attend the two scheduled Saturday lab sessions. Please check Section Notes for course offering information (dates and location).

Spring/Summer 2024 Semester: students must complete HLTH10223 – Preplacement/Clinical Services, not part of the program of study, by July 5, 2024 to be eligible to attend the Spring/summer offering of the course. Students who do not clear their preplacement/lab requirements by the deadline will not be approved to attend labs. All requirements must also be valid throughout the duration of your labs.

Day/Time: Two scheduled Saturdays, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm (dates will be posted on the course page or shared with the students prior to the start date)
