Course Description

Upon successful completion of the course, the candidate will describe the human growth process from conception to death in terms of social, emotional, physical and intellectual functioning. The candidate will also understand how the interaction of maturation and environment operates on the major developmental achievements. Recognizing abnormal behaviour for a particular developmental stage and identifying and environment which would optimize any developmental stage are also objectives.
