Course Description

Join our expert chef for a culinary exploration of the great food cultures of southern Europe. We will be visiting France, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Greece where you will experience a hands-on introduction and tasting to some of the worlds best cuisines. Bring a sharp "chef's" knife, apron, towel and containers to take extras home.
