Course Description

This Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) accredited course is the third of four mandatory training courses for individuals wishing to obtain a Gas Technician (G2) Certificate of Qualification. The G2 Part 3 course covers Modules 14, 19, 23, and 24 of the TSSA Gas Technician 2 Curriculum (Dec 2002) including domestic & non-vented appliances; forced warm air heating systems; forced air add-on devices and air handling. Successful completion requires a minimum of 80% attendance for each of the theory and practical sessions and a minimum grade of 75% in each of the theory and practical components. 120 hours. Pre-Requisites - GOPT RE050 G2 Part 1 and GOPT RE051 G2 Part 2.
