Course Description

Examine the life cycle of a research grant, as well as processes and procedures used to setup and manage project finances, including consideration of collaborators/stakeholders. Devise a cost recovery plan in order to achieve impact on the sustainability of research. Organize, process, and record expenditure claims and invoices. Produce budget reconciliations and compare financial status of a project to projected. Analyze the impact of external factors on the project cost.
