Course Description

The line between personal and professional use of social media and the impact it has on both spheres is rarely clear. Develop an understanding of best practices for employee behaviour using social media and explore the common social media roles within an organization. Also, develop personal branding guidelines; identify differences between being personal and personable online and establish guidelines on how to create appropriate separation of professional versus personal life. 30 hours
