Course Description

The student will learn about basic diabetes education and techniques of adult education. They will design and deliver lessons to clients and evaluate both teaching and learning.

Students must complete HLTH10223 – Preplacement/Clinical Services, not part of the program of study, prior to enrolling in the clinical and/or laboratory experience course to ensure all required pre-clinical/pre-lab  clearances have been met. Students who are not cleared in HLTH10223, will not be approved to attend clinical and/or lab. 

All requirements must be valid throughout the duration of your clinical and/or lab.
