Course Description

This course integrates theory to practice in case assessment, service planning, case information formulation and treatment planning. Students will develop report writing skills and applied treatment skills as the primary child and youth care professional with a young person, within a multi-disciplinary team.

This course follows a blended delivery model (a mix of weekly lectures and independent learning). Weeks that include a lecture component will be scheduled for Tuesdays from 6:30pm-9:30pm EST and held virtually through Zoom Video Conferencing. All course content including a link to the Zoom lectures can be accessed through MyCanvas starting on the official course start date.
