Course Description

Students will critically identify and examine issues in diversity, including but not limited to: race, gender, ethnicity, class and sexual orientation. This course will also increase knowledge and awareness of important issues in the Indigenous cultures of Canada. The legal status of Indigenous Peoples will be explored along with the Indigenous rights and self determination.
