Course Description

Explore elements of change management that impact organizational activities at the individual, team and organizational levels. Utilize Business Analysis techniques to empower stakeholders to embrace and implement change in their current work environment. Integrate design thinking and creative problem-solving approaches to engage and empower stakeholders to adopt new processes or technologies. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements that support change initiatives that meet the vision and strategic priorities of the organization.

This course is restricted to students that have been accepted to the Business Analysis Program. To submit an application, please visit the CE Business Application Form
