Course Description

Explain the meaning of change management and process control and Identify the important features of change management process in today’s organization. Illustrate how to combine important theoretical concepts with practical exercise and apply them to lead change more effectively. Develop a change plan for organizations of different scales using effective tools. Investigate the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) and design Process Model Flow using UML notations.
