Course Description

Explore the various components of a modern business, to assess how projects fit in and provide value within an organization. Examine the relationship of power, politics, and conflict within an organization and strategies which support conflict resolution. Apply culturally sensitive interpersonal skills when communicating with peers, colleagues, and other professionals in industry while supporting organizational goals.

This course is restricted to students that have been accepted to the Project Management Program. To submit an application, please visit the CE Business Application Form
