Course Description

Explore the complexities and methods to carry out organizational change and development. Compare and contrast various models of change management which support organizational development. Examine various philosophies of change, applicability of approaches to situations, and how to navigate resistant to change. Evaluate change management plans to enhance future organizational processes and create climates that embrace change.

This course is restricted to students that have been accepted to the Project Management Program. To submit an application, please visit the CE Business Application Form
