Course Description

Examine project management recovery strategies that support project timelines and goals. Review project management principles and functions as they relate to setting up projects to assess project progress. Respond appropriately to project obstacles, failing projects, and recommend project recovery solutions. Explore the relationship between management styles, project success, and determine strategies to reduce related future obstacles.

This course is restricted to students that have been accepted to the Project Management Program. To submit an application, please visit the CE Business Application Form

Note: The scheduling currently posted is tentative. Exact scheduling is not available at this time. Students enrolling in this course will be completing classes with the Day Time students.
