Examine the probable success or failure of a strategy by considering the opportunities and threats in the competitive landscape together with the organizational strengths and weaknesses that can influence the strategic success of a business. Develop strategies which match the firm’s culture and capabilities, resources and management style with opportunities identified in the industry.
