Course Description

Examine the changes to the body which can occur during pregnancy, how they affect the person and what techniques can be used to reduce the impact of the changes and possible complications that arise. Distinguish the signs and symptoms of preterm labour vs labour at birth, the various types of prematurity, and their risk factors.
