Course Description

Use community and population health assessment, and various models to work with individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations including priority populations to guide ethical and evidence-informed clinical decisions in the development of policy, program planning, implementation and evaluation of actions, programs or policies in relation to determinants of health and health outcomes and through intersectoral collaboration. Includes delegation role with LPN/RPN.
