Course Description

Combine theory and practice in an integrated setting for 105 hours of supervised field placement. Observe and analyze the role of the resource teacher and work as a team member with staff to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual developmental plans.

COVID-19 vaccination requirements are at the discretion of the agency that which students are placed. 

Students must submit valid NARs documents (preplacement requirements) prior to completing Practicum 1 or Practicum 2. This can be completed by registering for WORK 10185 or WORK 10186. We strongly encourage this to be completed the semester before you wish to begin field placement.
