Course Description

Examine definitions and types of the latest electronic and mobile health (eHealth, mHealth) devices. Evaluate the use of digital health technologies for self-care and remote care. Explain design consideration in Medical for wearable sensor, mobile communication devices (including smart phones), Internet of things (IOT) and machine to machine (M2M) systems. Address the challenges behind adding Wi-Fi to a healthcare setting. Discuss the use of analytics in healthcare to improve treatment.

This course is restricted to students that have been accepted to the Digital Health Program. To submit an application, please visit the CE Business Application Form. 

Note: The scheduling currently posted is tentative. Exact scheduling is not available at this time. Students enrolling in this course will be completing classes with the Day Time students.
