Course Description

Demonstrate technology skills for the Educational Support student's own use and for the effective assistance of students with their technology literacy. Explain the use of software and apps that support the Ontario curriculum. Investigate assistive and adaptive devices, both hardware and software, that will provide the Educational Assistant with valuable skills when working with students.

Students in the Educational Support - Intensive program may complete Assistive Technology Intro (EDUC 10140) as an equivalent course when available.
