Course Description

Required Fieldwork placement for students who are not currently working in a Health Care Facility

Students must complete HLTH10223 – Preplacement/Clinical Services, not part of the program of study, prior to enrolling in the clinical and/or laboratory experience course to ensure all required pre-clinical/pre-lab  clearances have been met. Students who are not cleared in HLTH10223, will not be approved to attend clinical and/or lab. 
All requirements must be valid throughout the duration of your clinical and/or lab.

Prerequisites

Communication and the Food Service Worker (CULI10082) AND Quantity Food Preparation (CULI10083) AND Nutrition in Food Services (HLTH10268) AND Nutrition - Introduction (HLTH10232) AND Sanitation and Safety (SAFE10096) AND Institutional Food Service (SAFE10097)
